Customer Service role
Lisbon is probably one of the most epic cities of Europe. Its foodscene, long summer nights, color-full buildings packed with coziness; we just can’t get enough of it! You’ll be close to the beaches, city center, shopping streets and whatever you can think of. And the weather? Sun year-around. Here’s your chance to work in wonderful Lisbon.
Your job:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, mail and chat
- Cover the needs of the client
- Handle a variety of cases, such as troubleshooting and complaints
- Be an excellent teamplayer!
Requirements:
- You’re native Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Slovakian, Czech or Italian
- You’re decent in English
- You have sufficient money to move abroad
